" AURORA BACKLASHERS BASS CLUB / CLUB HISTORY "   The Aurora Backlashers Bass Club was founded in the fall of 1989 by a few dedicated bass anglers with the goals of promoting fellowship through fishing , camaradarie , and sharing ideas and strategies with our fellow members to better their skills as anglers. Growing from only 4 or 5 charter members to 32 members within the first year has proved the enduring success of the ~Aurora Backlashers~ Located in the Heart of the Ozarks in Southwest Missouri , we fish most all Missouri lakes in our region and including Grand Lake in Oklahoma. We support the ideals and goals of promoting fellowship among our members and the goals of promoting Bass Fishing as a Sport! Meetings are held on third Tuesday of each month at Bartons Service Center in Aurora, Missouri at 7:00 PM Prospective members are always invited to join our meetings !
